Electrical and Power Association refers to low-cost contractors employed illegal foreign workers

Hong Kong Electrical Engineering Professional Association, refers to the power of an outsourced engineering company, will be involved without the approval of workers employed, wages below the market price of overhead wires enter the work foremen and technicians, in violation of the law. Association asked the power to intervene, monitor contractors.
